The CSCSA is a certified trade union organisation operating within Currys. Unlike independent trade bodies who would charge you as an individual a membership fee based upon your earnings yours is paid by Currys to underpin their core employer of choice ethos. We are however independent in thought and process-the SLT recognise the value of good industrial relations and a healthy, safe and wellbeing work environment.

From representation at disciplinary/ grievance situations through to support for colleagues with mental health issues (all our reps have qualified as mental health first aiders), mediation (we have an ACAS certified mediator), parental, maternity leave situations, flexible working requests and sickness/absence policy.

The representatives of the CSCSA are elected from within each work area. They will know their area and what problems tend to occur in those areas. As well as negotiating Terms & Conditions and being consulted with regarding changes within the business we are able to represent you in a disciplinary, grievance or an appeal at no cost to you.

The CSCSA Trade Union is the certificated body which represents our members working for Currys, GXO and WebHelp. Our membership encompasses all of Supply Chain Logistics nationwide, the Customer Repair Centre in Newark, and the Contact Centres in Sheffield, retail and beyond.
